Welcome to the Intervention & Referral Services (I & RS) Technical Assistance Project Website.  The I &RS Technical Assistance Project provides technical assistance, consultation, professional development, networking opportunities and resources to support school district and school building staff in the effective implementation of N.J.A.C. 6A:16-8 Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS) and the New Jersey Department of Education's (NJDOE's) best practices. The I&RS Technical Assistance Project provides programs, services and guidance that support the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of these building-based problem-solving teams of I&RS.
